The location is a little far from the main strip in Puerto Banus - cabs costed €28 each way.

personal???? we change The Oasis by Don Carlos on DELUXE VILLAS by Don Carlos after 1 night. Sounds from autostrada was to much. Andrea do her job very good From Villas personal was to very nice Laura thank you ! You was very funy And Patricia and Denys and another one person was realy very good! I can say that HR in this hotel work exselent/ perfect! And Marija from SPA was very worm and nice ️. Thank you!

Great hotel, highly recommend!

Amazing resort with beautiful views. I loved the spacious room with an amazing balcony, the attentive and helpful staff (special thank you to Andrea on reception), the big pool. Due to the weather, the beach club was closed, but it looked amazing as well. I highly recommend this resort!

I feel like the food could be improved. The breakfast offered very little as a buffet (some cheese, ham, bread, pastries etc.), and some other things made to order (like omelette). I would have loved to see some better options there (e.g. eggs benedict, some nice breakfast bagels) to compensate for the small buffet (which is understandable considering the fewer number of people during our stay). The restaurant which was open for dinner was fine, but also not great. I loved the steak, but it was served with just a very small, decorative amount of vegetables, that's not a full meal. However, I want to emphasise that everything we ate was tasty, so this is just feedback on what to improve to make it perfect :)

Wonderful & relaxing stay - we can warmly recommend stay at Oasis

Relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless. Lovely breakfast. The whole staff was very helpful and service was brilliant from the moment we entered the hotel. The reception lady arranged us a very nice room.

The bed was too hard, a topper helped a bit but it remained too hard An own outside pool for Oasis with loungers Maybe the pools of the SPA should be open until 9:00 pm instead 8:00 pm....given that dinner in Spain thereafter is also always very late

Fantastic resort. Beautiful setting. Lovely spa. Fabulous suite.

In October they close down the Beach Club and all but one restaurant. Also, they shove guests out of the way to make room for conferences

Oasis part of the hotel was lovely, quiet and secluded.

Oasis part of the hotel was lovely, quiet and secluded. No kids. First night I checked in to a large room facing the road, but due to the noise from the hotel across the street I asked to be moved to the sea facing room which was done immediately. The staff in general was very accommodative. Yoga with Maya every morning at 10AM was the highlight of the trip.

Tiny gym, its not made for more than 2 people. For a 5* hotel there should be proper gym facilities. The beach became very rocky, uncomfortable to go in. Very annoying sales people that just stand in front of your sunbed and can not be moved without the police being involved.

Amazing weekend.

The Oasis was amazing. The Don Carlos hotel/resort is in a fantastic location; right on the beach and a stone throw from Nikki Beach. Breakfast was lovely, and there are a good choice of restaurants if you don't want to venture too far. The rooms at the Oasis are beautiful, modern, airy and fully equipped. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone was friendly. The Spa is relaxing and a great place to unwind. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Oasis, Don Carlos.

Great time, great vacation

My wife and I adored this hotel. Pool, beach and garden, all was perfect. It is truly a 5 * hotel. Breakfast is fantastic

Well there isn't really anything we did not like. The refrigerator in the room good include a beer or two and perhaps a couple of small bottles of whisky (just a suggestion).

I didn’t like that we went to the pool down at the beach on our first days with our family to be rudely spoken to by two of your staff members and how we where treated when we booked a bed very bad service not once did anyone come over to ask did we want a drink etc we where humiliated in front of everyone as we went to sit down on a couple of beds to be told to get back up that they where reserved and then when I asked is it possible to reserve a couple of beds she said this is not possible but yet she had theses beds reserved for others who where not even from the hotel I’ve never been so insulted in my life we Normally stay in the marriot next door and we heard good reviews about your hotel and staff so we decided we would give it a go least to say will not happen again. from that day on we didn’t go to the pool or use any of your facilities as our family felt intimidated and would not join us at our hotel again so we just went to there house for each day of our holiday I’m very sorry to say this and Wright a bad review but this was possibly the worst experience of a hotel we ever stayed in thanks.

Staff is very friendly and helpful but it’s advert wrong it’s a spa infect it’s a reception of a spa and it close at midnight I’ve never experience this on a five star !

As explained above it’s the concept not advertised well and above all the standard of the hotel although I’ve stayed in a suite as there was no rooms available but nearly paid 1k a day I espect the full services

- Pool staff insufficient, difficult to find although always smiling when available - public area in front of the beach sunbeds - difficulty to have shade in the sunbeds in the beach (umbrellas are fixed and most of the time don’t provide shade considering the sun position)
